The cuisine of Andujar is typical of many mountain villages. Everything revolves around a culinary jewel such as extra virgin olive oil, and the high variety of typical products of the land. The game meat provided by the natural environment of Andújar, together with the vegetables from the rich land that irrigates the Guadalquivir River.
